    When they had the dna test done the court gave the mother full custody. Can he get in trouble if he doesn't return the child to her mother?

    Yes, does he even have visitation rights, did he go to court and get a order for visitation.

    But yes, it can be interference with custody or even kidnapping depending on the state and how the laws are written. Either way he will be in jail.

    Yes they established paternity and his visitation is done by the parenting guidelines... She has been with us for a week because her mother moved in with another guy and she doesn't want her there with her..
