    Tongue piercing . Need help knowing if its infected or not,
    So today is my 6th day having my piercing and I started to notice puss coming from my piercing . I constantly cleaned my mouth for the first 4 days but didn't clean it as much the fifth, after I saw the puss I washed my mouth with half water half mouth wash but the puss keeps coming and I wipe it off with a Q-tip. I just need to know if it is infected or not . So I know if I need to take it out or what . COMMENT PLEASE (: & thank you for taking your time to read this .

    It also kind of hurts where the piercing is ,

    If I were you I would go back to the shop where you got it done to ask them. Obviously if puss is coming out of it, thatz never a good sign. With the cleaning you have to be consistent and constantly rinse it out with mouthwash every single time you eat, drink or put anything in your mouth for at least 4 weeks straight because remember its an open wound an since its fresh its more exposed to infections, hope this helped =]
