Then you need to go to get an ultrasound done by an OBGYN. If you are in fact pregnant the implant could cause problems with the baby and you would need to have it removed ASAP. Sometimes women never get a positive hpt, it's rare but it happens.

However a lot of those symptoms can be caused from hormonal birth control, other than the stomach moving. The feeling of your stomach moving could be a problem with your stomach. I know every once it awhile I feel my stomach move that feels exactly like a kick to the point that I have to remind myself I'm not pregnant. How long have you been experiencing that? Has your stomach distended at all? Is it hard?

It's very important that you see a doctor asap and have an ultrasound done. Have you ever had a blood test done to confirm pregnancy, or have you just used the home pregnancy tests?

Until you get the ultrasound done start taking prenatal vitamins. They won't harm you, but they can make all the difference if you are in fact pregnant.

    Good luck.

I wish we could tell you what's going on, but there's no way for anyone on the internet, not even a doctor, to tell you if you're pregnant online.

I would highly suggest an ultrasound. All we can do is suggest. It's your choice what you decide to do, but I'm afraid that you won't find your answers on a computer.

    Good luck.
