    Eviction of son and uninvited girlfriend
    Son has been served eviction papers, did not come to court when requested and this week on the 10th final papers will be issues to get him out. He had his girlfriend come over, uninvited by his mother, as his girlfriend has stolen stuff before and is a dug user, if she is there three days, can she be evicted along with him?

    She can be tossed out by the police as a trespasser.

    Yes, she is a guest of your son and his eviction would cover her. Why did the mother let her in?

    Cause it was a surprise that her son told she was getting, a sneaky way, and because the son has a history of short fuse, he has pulled out and thrown countless phones, and at least three house fans this year. Mother and daughter are afraid basically for their lives, he has threatened, thank you for answering I could not find any help, and I am hoping this week they will get thrown out and let the mom finely get some rest and move on... She is 77yrs old and still dealing with her son that will not grow up.
