    I turn 18 in 5 months my grandma drove me...
    My grandma and I don't get along at all I turn 18 yrs old in 5 months she calls the police on me and always threatening to send me away. So I came with my sister to see my mom for the summer. My grandma drove us up here I want to stay in California with my mom can my grandma make me leave if I don't want to

    She can send you back to your mother anytime she wants... this assuming your mother has legal custody of you... its HER house.

    And even if your Grandmother has legal custody... she can throw you out of her house when you turn 18.

    I would say we need more information. What is the custody arrangement? Why are you living with your grandmother instead of your mother? It sounds like your grandmother is bringing you for an arranged visitation visit. If it is time to leave legally, you cannot stay.

    Please give us more information.
