How can I get my dog back, I only sold because we were moving and told we couldn't. Take both of my dog's.the day after I sold her we found out that because of my illness, they will allow us to take both dogs with a bit larger pet deposit, I asked to please have her back & explained I will pay for any cost they encurred on the 2 day's. They had her.I wouldn't have ever sold this dog she is like my own child. I only want to be fair to both parties. What are the state of california's law's regarding these types of issues?.

If it were me, the choice between moving and giving up a child would be a no-brainer.

You sold the dog. Deal's done. Unless they will sell her back to you, you are out of luck.

Why are you shouting (by typing in caps)?

So you wouldn't have sold your dog because she is like your own child... but you did sell the dog?

    I notice "sold." I don't see "rehomed."

So you made a few bucks on your dog child and want her back? Law is not on your side.
