Me and the younger sister wants to sell the house but my older sister living in it with her boyfriend and his whole family and she pay the taxes on the house. And me and my younger sister told her that we wanted to sell it but her lawyer said that sense we don't pay taxes on the house it's hers, and we don't even change her rent, and last time we were the they told me and my younger sister to get out of there house.

Her lawyer lied to you. If there was a will that bequeathed the house to the three of you, then you are each 1/3 owners. Was the will ever probated? Was the title ever changed? How long ago did the testator die?

The fact that they pay the taxes does not make it their house. Though , in case of a sale, they can deduct what they paid from your share of the proceeds of the sale.

Without knowing the answers to the questions I asked above its hard to advise what you and your younger sister should do next. So please answer the questions including where the house is (general area) so we can advise what to do next.
