    Sexual infection?
    My labia are swollen, painful and itchy, especially when I scratch or clean my privates during a shower. I was sexually active from October to April but I haven't been active since then. Would you please let me know what's going on with me?

    It sounds as though it might be a yeast/thrush infection. Most women get them from time to time. Best to check with your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
