    93 honda accord not firing
Car cut off while driving like it was running out of gas but there is over quarter tank in it. It will not start back, it is cranking but will not fire... sounds like its not getting any fuel to fire... when spark plugs were pulled they are covered in oil

If the plugs are covered with fuel, not oil, replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM. That should solve the problem.
