Hyphenated last name for my son
My son is 2 and his biological dad just took me in front of a majestry to get my sons name changed with his last name hyfinated. Is there a good chance that I could get it back to my last name and is it true that if we went in front of a judge that they would just give him his dads last name and just drop mine all together?
