A TV Movie or Show from the late 90's Early 2000's
I think a TV fantasy movie or show about a raggedy clothed, dark hair, caucasian, boy that has a crystal or crystal necklace. The antagonist is I think a witch who is trying to capture the crystal and sets creatures out to help her get the crystal.
