    Violation of probation
I have 3 prior driving on suspended license charges, with 2 dui's. I just did 4 months for my last Dui and got pulled over for speeding on a suspended license. It wasn't criminal speed and I didn't get taken to jail. How much time am I facing being that I'm on probation. In Phoenix AZ

If you are lucky only a year behind bars. Virginia would give you at least that much. You deserve it.

And besides... forget that probation thing... you violated it.

Did you even bother to read the site rules? Do I need to ask... you didn't even respect the drunk driving laws and insist on driving when you are legally PROHIBITED from driving.

JUST driving without a license alone can get a year in jail... combine the consequences of violating whatever your probation was for by driving on a suspended license... combine the fact you are a repeat offender on several items... they are going to rightfully throw the book at you.

Alt least nobody died this time.
