    Carrier air conditioner 38tkb capacitor
    My air conditioner isn't working. The fan on the furnace is working, but the air conditioner outside isn't. I can tell it sometimes tries to start, but doesn't.

    Their will be something stuck in there or the air can't get in because something is blocking it, you should do it yourself or the safer way is to call the man who put your air condition system there.
