    What rights do you have after living with aperson for 12 years
    I have been living with a woman for 12 yrs she has asked me too leave.. We have worked together on her property.. she has asked me tooleave I have no visiable means of support?

    You have very little rights. You have to check to see whether common law marriage is recognized in your area. If it is, then you may have some rights, but not many.
