Which is it? In the title you say you're 12, in your post you say you're 13. You can't be both. You're either 12 or 13.

Most places won't hire children. I believe that you can work at McDonalds at the age of 13, but that's only where I live, it may be different where you are. Of course, if you're 12, then you're not 13 and can't work there.

You could babysit, dog walk, mow lawns, pet sit, get a paper route. Those are all jobs that are available for a 12 year old. But the only one I know of for a 13 year old is McDonalds, sweeping floors and cleaning tables.
