    Abducted
    I have a very odd situation a three year old with two possible father's neither signed birth cert. One is great visits weekly great with child. The other hasn't seen him in months and suddenly has removed him from the home of another family members home do I legally have rights to press charges. IM certain although no DNA proofs Ben provided that HES not biologically the father

    If he is not the legal father, then he has no right to the child. You, as the mother can smply go pick up the child and take him home.

    If you do not know where the child is call the police and report a kidnapping.
