    Stairway and vinyl flooring
We want to use a plank vinyl flooring we found that has a lifetime residential warranty. We were going to use it through the kitchen and living area but there's a short 6 step stairway between them. Has anyone used plank vinyl on a stairway, if so, how did you do the nosing? Also, this vinyl flooring has a peel and stick tongue and groove, so it sticks to each other but not the floor. I'm assuming on the stairway I will glue it directly, but the exposed top corner on the stair, the nosing, has me wondering if I should find a more conventional product. The stairway ( and nosing ) will be quite visible, and the generic black or metal nosing that I see at HD etc isn't suitable.
