I have been verbally abused by my parents (who are divorced) been outcasted, have had depression an anorexia. After a comment on how horrible and pathetic I am (I'm a straight A student who doesn't date nor is interested in clothes or makeup) I cried, went up to my room and took a spiky sort of long stick and starting scratching myself with it. I want to stop, but the pain literally went away. Every time I feel pain a voice in my head says, "B**** you deserve it, you ugly ****face," and so many other things. Myself esteem has always been low... I've never been called beautiful and I'm beyond insecure.

What do I do? I cannot tell a parent, imagine what would they say?

Btw I'm Muslim and from this country on South Asia.
