Hair advice? Redyeing after bad highlights
This weekend I went to get my highlights redone because I wanted to get them lighter so my hair would slowly get closer to my ideal color of blonde. However, they dyed my hair and also put highlights that in some areas are WHITE. Blonde and white are not the same and all I want is for my whole head of hair is to be a light blonde that looks nice with some darker shade of eye brows. Any ideas how long I should wait and how to achieve this blonde hair?
