    Inflation in Louisiana
Cases are reviewed for increase based upon inflation every three years. Is it fair to be paid the same support for three years even if cost of living increases?

If that's the law, then that's the law.

If this is about the moral aspect, then this is the wrong board.

I am reading that an increase/decrease can be requested if there is a substantial change.

The rate of inflation is not substantial in the eyes of Louisiana and the Court probably doesn't have time on its calendar to review every child support Order every year.
