It sounds like an infection of some sort - pregnancy does not cause a thick white discharge.

Try a pregnancy test, that's the only way to diagnose pregnancy, other than going into labor.

Use first morning urine. If it's negative wait another week or two and test again, or see a doctor for a more accurate blood test.
