    In need of help
    I have been the same wieght now for 5 years and I'm now 20 yrs old I have tried eating more calories then I should but it don't seem to work my bmi says I am borderline underwieght can you please help

    Increase the amount of good fats in your diet and do take whole milk twice a day if you are lactose tolerant.

    You obviously have a very active metabolism witch is good. The problem is your body naturally burns most of the fat you eat so to gain weight you need to turn that fat to muscle with weight training
