Hi my ac unit in my house has 2 zones. 2nd floor has good air flow, 1rst floor suddenly has low, low air flow. It seems like the zonefirst motor spring retun valve does not open. Tried making adjustments with long screw, but still low air flow. Any suggestions, help please
