    Letter of disposition
I am so scared right now. I shoplifted at Macy's in 2005, got 6 months probation and 40 hrs community service, I completed it all and only letter I remember receiving and that I still have says the period having expired defendant is discharged by operation of law. Also a box is checked that reads deferred adjudication full termination, so now the problem is I cleared a background but when I did infer prints "something came up" and I need a letter I disposition. Is this bad? I had also applied last yr to volunteer in my daughters school and when doing the check I was told it appeared I hadn't finished community hours for the crime (which I did!) but I sent them the letter I just described and they cleared me but now I'm scared of what might happen when I ask for the letter of disposition I really want this job :( please someone help.
