    How do I write a pre trial conference letter for foreclosure
    I need to write a letter to the courts, and send a copy to the banks attorneys, regarding a notice received for a foreclosure. I have talked with the bank and awaiting modification paperwork.

    You need to file a pretrial conference memorandum? Simply file something (with copies to opposing counsel) summarizing what's happening in the case.
