Depends to a certain extent on where it is - it could be a bug bite, an infected hair, a sexually transmitted disease.

Impossible to know without seeing it - you may need to see a Physician.

And there are things like the ingrown hair or other skin issue that has nothing to do with having sex. Also there are things that even just having one partner can do. Also if that partner had sex with others before, or if of course he cheated no telling what.

I know it's legal I live in Canada British Columbia, the ages for concent 13-14 year olds can concent to someone 2 years older 15 3 years older 16 you can concent to anyone, I know this because when I was 11 I was raped by someone 18 , I had to go to court. And I was told my rights and they explained to me who I could concent to and what ages. He isn't a pedophile to anyone unless your nuts. Especially when we've been dating for over a year.

It's consent, not concent. This is a shocker:
