My fiance' n I are trying for a baby two weeks before my period
Here is the thing my last period lasted the usual five days then I started spotting for another 4days, what does this mean? Also my period was on the 5th of June to the ninth I had sex on the 17th and again on the 20th he came inside me only a little the first time but the second time was strong, could I be pregnant?

The ultasound showed the baby face down & normally the baby is facing up.(profile of baby is normally upward as of downward)
