2 years ago I was in perfect health. In the last 2 years I've had extreme insomnia. I've been working with doctors to moderate success, although stress is horrifically detrimental. Since then many aspects of my health have been in shambles. I live like a health nut now, without getting any real results. Exercise is about all that helps much, and its effect is limited. My skin does not heal properly now. A scrape on a foot or a breakout on the face has the same issue. The skin will eventually heal to the stage where the skin is that deep pink color, but the skin will not return to the normal skin color anymore, even after 3 or 4 months (including small scrapes or tiny bug bites). I get very little sun exposure and am hardly outdoors outside of getting around. Is there anything I can do to help my skin heal properly and fully again? Also, does my trouble indicate a condition that my doctor and dermatologist may have overlooked?
