    What can I do if I bought a car from a dealer about 2mths ago but never received it
    2 months ago I give a bank check in the amount of 7,000 to a car dealer who purchased it from an auction up to date I have not received the car what must I do.

    File suit against the dealer for return of your money or the vehicle.
