    We are getting divorced. My husband moved out. The mortgage is in both our names. Can he be forced to still pay his half of the mortgage ?

    Yes, as part of the divorce settlement. You need an attorney to file divorce.

    More likely if any payments are made it is just until the home is sold. You can't force him to do something if the money isn't there. Also if you reside in the home there is a question of rentback. You will owe money for living in it.
