About a week ago I slept out, that morning I woke up and my period started, I was getting really bad pains and passed out I went the doctors, just to see what was going on because av never ever felt dizzy and passed out on a period before, they told me because I never ate that morning, but the next day I had a full breafest and the same time I passed out the other day I felt diss like the world was moveing, after that time I passed out av been feeling really sick when I have food I try eating it but I feel really full and have really bad pains in my belly, my heads still sping and my bottom back is so sore,it might be nothing but av never been in so much pain before, I just want to know what's going on.

Don't go to ERs with this. They don't often have the time for tests and a good exam. You need a regular doctor! Find a walk in clinic, at least.
We can't possibly know what is going on. There are far too many possibilities. While you wait to see a doctor, drink plenty of fluids and eat tiny meals every few hours, even if it's only a few bites. One common reason for dizziness and fainting is dehydration. But with all that pain, you need to be examined again, maybe blood tests and an ultrasound.
