Multiple owners on residential property w/ lien
I am one third owner in a home. We are to close at the end of July. The realtor advised me that one of the other one third equal owners has a lien on the home for an outstanding debt that she incurred. At the time of the sale of the home, will the entire sale of the home go to satisfy her outstanding debt or will only her third be taken?
