Can any eye drops cause blackouts AND MEMORY LOSS
I went to an eye doctor recently regarding my allergies.. I started my day fabulous by having a good breakfast and dressing really cute.. I was in great spirits about seeing the eye doctor cause I have a real bad problem with watering eyes all day.. so I was pretty desperate... nevertheless, he calls me in the office and we started small talking about what I do for a living.. his family pics on the wall and the fact that I wasn't wearing a ring and that I was single.. which he assumed all on his own without me commenting... I didn't find this odd until he put some eyedrops in my eye.. which he claims were anestics eyedrops to test for dry eyes... he told me to close my eyes and wait until he comes back... for 30 min I have no memory of what happen in that office... my memory is gone... the last thing I remember was him putting the drops in my eye and when I came to I was in my car pulling out the parking lot as he stands there looking at me... so I get a few blocks and I say to myself.. oh my.. what just happen.. so I call him and I ask.. "what happen in your office...why am i driving home..i dont remember what happen in the exam room...he jus calmly replied.."I don't know.. you just got up and said my eyes are fine and you ask to leave.. you seemed disoriented and asked where was your car... now this really gets me thinking.. wtf... omg.so I asked him.. what and why did he let me leave in that state knowing that when I came in I was perfectly normal and in good spirits.. he says well you said you wanted to go... I find this really strange considering I never in my life past out or loss my memeory for 30 min... so he tells me... oh just come back tomorrow morning... so I go back the next day.. still tripping on what happen.. so when I get there.. I have questions for the staff cause I'm wondering what they saw and I wanted to ask them what state was I in as I left... they both replied that I was disoriented but no one seem to concerned... the doctor heard me out there asking them questions so he came out to tell me he would be right with me... so when I get in his office... he never bothered to ask how I was doing.. nor the staff.. which I found strange... he begans by saying to me in a nonchalant way.. that when I left his office that he called 3 of his colleagues to ask what could have happen etc... now... why did he feel the need to do that.. but not call me to see if his patient made it home safe.. nor did he call my next of kin listed in my file... oh.. and I was with my niece when I went back and all this was taking place in his office.. when she finnally came in the office and came in the exam room he completely changed his tune... and was like I can't treat you anymore.. and told me to see a nuerologist.. and that's only after I mentioned it to him out of concern that I lost my memory for 30 min in his exam room... it all seems strange and suspect... not saying that something couldn't be wrong with me.. but how it all happen is very strange... does any body agree??
