[Wondergirl]

In the beginning, I was looking for a way to find who would have been my grandparent. I didn’t want to embarrass my parent by posting on such a public site like Facebook for other relatives to see. My mother was adopted, and I wanted to help her find her family. I ran across this website when searching Google for a place to make a shout-out, in case someone from my mother’s real family was looking for her, too. Anyhow, I didn’t get too much of a response, but I scrolled through all the different forums, and I just love that this is a friendly site where I can be myself. I work very much with the public, and Facebook is way too public for me to share some of my personal opinions on some topics that I am interested in. That’s where you guys got me! I can see a personality shining out from every post. It’s a great site, and I hope it stays that way!
