    Samsung aw25ecb8 coontrol panel..
    The digital control panel on my window unit--samsung aw25ecb8 is going crazy and my ac won't work.

    Is there a way to wire the ac to work and bypass the control panel?

    Yeah, but wiring has to be in front of you, hard to do online, Know a good AC guy/gal?

    Try powering down and back on, sometimes Electronics gets "Confused" removing for several seconds and reapplying power can sometimes reset it.

    You can get an analog control panel from a used unit and replace the one you have. All it is is a switch to control the fan and compressor and a t-stat. The only hard part is getting the fan wires right. You will burn out a fan motor if you wire any two speeds together, so you have to check the switch with a meter.
