My roof still leaks and it hasn't been two years since had it fixed
I hired a contractor to fixed my old roof 08/10 and the contractor told me that his job was garenteed 10 yrs . On 10/10 My roof was leaking I then called the contractor and told him the roof was leaking he came and put tar . The roof kept leaking and every time that I call the contractor to fix the leak he gave me excuse after excuse . Here I am not even two years later and my roof is still leaking . I live in tampa fl and we get hurricane season we just had tropical strorm debbie and we had two leaks in the roof . I decided to call the roofer again to explain to me why is the roof still leaking when he told me that I wouldn't have anymore problems. He finally showed up now he tells me that the tar is crack because there is no ventelation. So I asked him you fixed my roof and new that the roof needed ventalation and didn't say anything and now two nearly two yrs later now you say this . I am so stressed out . What am I to do ? Now I am out of money to hire another roofer and a leaky roof.
