    Painless lump behind ear
    Hello, I'm just abit concerned, I have a lump about the size of a pea behind my left ear, its painless, I can't feel any pain what so ever but I also have a really itchy scalp and lower abdomen pains every time I lie down, I was just wondering if you might know what it is please, I am also diabetic and have one kidney if that helps :)

    Most probably a lymph node, we have four or five our bodies, one behind each ear, normally shows up as a hard pea like protrusion signalling an infection in the body.
