    I watched this show about a person with OCD now I think I have it! HELP
    Im 14 years old and just yesterday I watched a show about a woman with OCD. And now I wash my hands a lot and I cleaned( which I do not like doing lol) is this OCD or am I just thinking I have it

    You were not doing it before the show ? If you are OCD then you would have always been doing it or other things,

    Sounds more like impressive where you watch or hear something and then copy it and think you have it.
