    I have a vop in Florida for an arrest for a misdeamenor charge
    It was for family violence misd c. She didn't press charges. But my probation officer said I have a warrant in broward county Florida. I live in dallas tx. Can I have a lawyer take care of this for me without having to turn myself in or go back to Florida?

    Most likely no, but you can try, he may get a new court date set but you will have to go appear in court.
