    How do you find out if there is a deposition already
    My friend had an incident and was found guilty for a felony C, he is currently a CNA he wants a deposition so he can get another job any suggestions?

    They should contact the court clerk, why do they think this will help them get a job. It would be a rare employer that will want to read it, They look at the criminal history and see the conviction. Plus, if this is the US, the conviction will stop them from working in most places where they accept medicare money
