    My hair won't dye anymore
    I've been swimming a lot lately since its summer. And my hair turned like this really like blond but I wanted it black but when I dye it black the color washed right off and it was still this pale blond Idk what to do I've tried this twice and this keeps happing .Does the pool bleach have anything to do wit it?
