Statute of Limitation for debt under Ontario Disability Support Program
1.) What is the Statute of Limitations pertaining to Funds owed under the Ontario Disability Support Program / Family Benefits Act?

Funds owing were incurred on account of a lump sum retroactive payment by Canada Pension Plan (Disability).

Ontario Disability Support Program declined repayment plan offer, and opted to recover debt through Canada Revenue Agency's Refund-Set-Off Program. Through this program only a small amount was recovered from a balance left in the account.

If the Statute of Limitations has not run out, what other means of recovery do Ontario Disability Support Program have?
