My son is in a rehab now  for 8 months he will be home the end of July.home the end of July. My daughter-in-law left him 2 yrs ago they were living her at the time she said she was going to visit her mother than e-mailed to say she wouldn't return.. this after them moving these children back and forth from NC to NJ these boys whole lives! Anyway my son spiraled down hill and we were in contact with her and she allowed us to see the boy. They have always had there own room here and toys bikes video games friends ext. She was building a new life with another man. Had the boys calling him daddy. We would drive to Delaware every other weekend and get the boy and they would visit with and there real dad. On June 15th she packed a bag and ask me to keep the boys while she figured out what to do she was leaving him so she gave us the boys and went to NC. She has a baby with this other guy and is still married to my son. She called and said she will be back sat. Anyway my son and I are afraid she will take the boys to NC where they will be sleeping on the floor again. This is not the first time she has done this ( Timmy is 7 and has been moved so much he has  transferred schools 4 times) my son is out of his rehab July 25. Neither of them have jobs and now a home ( he will be coming here when he's out) is there any way I can keep these boys until she has a home with a room for them preferably here in NJ. Please help
