Hello, My name is michael. I will so I'm sorry for my horrible grammar ahead of time... As I know 23 weeks ago me and a long time friend and adult elations her drunk and me not in a right mind due to being under the influence.. and she becmae pregnant. She sent me endless message. About having abortion. And if I'm not with her she will abort the child. You will be able to see endless times that begged her not to do it.. finally you broke down. And told her I would be with her if she didn't abourt. About a wek went by and I couldent stand it.. so I ended it. She started it again. So I told her it was being in this town that made me un happy not her. And had come up with a plan to move to Montana hoping I could find a way to win custody of my kid.. well she some how figured my plans out. She had sent me a pictur on my phone of papers of a nuva ring birth control. Instructions saying it was abortion paper's and I under stress and sever depressin believed her... but she lied and from what se tells me and other people . I do have a restraing order on me that I did not fight for fear of the courts that I do know I can have lifted! For no proof that I am a bad person... well she clames that the mother recent had just put one on me. I have socal network, message showing how she said " I have all the messages u sent me, they will grow up to hate you for what u did to me. and u will never be in there life" is there any way what she has done, prove me as fit to have joint custody I just want to be in my children's life.. it eats me up every day.

It's a little hard to follow this, Michael - but this woman claims you are the father (or going to be the father) of her child? What you can do is wait until the child is born and then request DNA testing.

You can't fight to visit a child without proof that you are the father.

Sounds like this woman is a nightmare on feet!
