    Changing PDs
    My son was accused of something he didn't do, he went to pretrail an I think now the pd want to quite. Can he get another pd?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    If his PD quits he will be assigned another. But his PD can only quit with permission of the court.
