    14 seer vs 15 seer
We built a house 2 years ago. Our HVAC installer was suppose to install a 15 seer/4ton unit. We just discovered it is a 14 seer.
We have had problems with it not cooling and heating well. During the summer I keep it on 73 but it can't get cooler than 75.
The house is aprox. 1800 sq feet.
Any thoughts as to what we should do?
How do we check to see appropriate tonage?
