    Why didn't I receive any money
    I was receiving child support when he would work so he stop and got behind 15,000 then he became disabled and got his disability but I never received any money from the 15000 I want to know was I suppose to get my 15000 I called the child support department no answers from them then I received a letter stating that they no longer represent me because he filed for disability I was wanting to know is this right

    Do you file a lien against his payment ?

    Did you file ( assuming you are still he custody parent and assuming the child is still a minor) did you apply for a payment for the child because one of the parents is getting a payment/

    No I didn't file a lien, dhr was handling my case for me I thought, is what they did right. I thought I would get what he owed in back time child support out of his disability check. I had been receiving child support way before he filed for his disability.
