Wine and Pregnancy
I am almost at my 28th week of my pregnancy and so far my baby is developing good with a strong heartbeat and weight size. I have sustained from drinking ANY alcohol until the other night when I was having a girls night and had several glasses of wine. It was horrible judgement on my part and now I feel horrible. I do not plan on drinking for the remainder of my pregnancy and I am wondering if any other women have been in this situation and their thoughts on if I have caused any harm to my baby just from this one night. Please no negative comments or lectures as I know what I did was stupid. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
