To get a flat tummy it takes time and patience, abdominal fat can be hard to lose. It takes the correct combination of proper diet, aerobic exercise, abdominal training and weight training. Losing flab off the abdominal muscles with losts of cardiovascular exercise, eat natural low fat, low sugar, low calorie foods in small serving. Work out with weights, don't just train your stomach, train your whole body. The safer more effective exercise for the abs are crunches, ab rollers, hip lifts and reverse crunches. Cut out all fast foods, fried foods, sweets like cakes, candy, cookies. Cut out sweetened drinks, like soda, and any drinks with high fructose corn syrup in it, drink water instead. Eat lots of steamed or low water cooked veggies, eat fruits, they will help you boost your metabolism and burn these calories for several hours especially if you eat them before exercise. Use 1-2% milk products, low fat, low sodium cheeses, low yogurt, even frozen is great. Stay away from butter or margarine use spreads or cooking sprays, canola or olive oil. Eat chicken with out skin, fish, turkey and loin type meats, broiled or baked. Use wheat bread, pastas, rice instead of white flour products. And cut out processed foods, try grains, beans, seeds and protein. Don't add salt to your meals, serve smaller portions, and avoid salty snacks or foods. Its all about fat loss which is 50% exercise and 50% nutrition, This will all help you get the abs your wanting!
