    Need help changing paternity
I was married when I gave birth to my daughter in TN. Since I am married my husband( in the process of divorce) is legally her father. However my daughters biological father is and wants to be in her life. He wants his rights to her. Is there any way for me to change this so my daughter can have her real last name? We already did the paternity test to prove that he is her father.

The DNA test was it though the court, and was it attached to a motion to establish his rights to the child

No the DNA test was not done through the court but it is the type of DNA test that is acceptable in the courts. No it was not attached to a motion. I was told when I had my daughter that the only way for her biological father to be on her birth certificate was by it being stated in my divorce decree. However my divorce is taking forever and so I am trying to find another way to get it changed.

My outside unit leaks Freon and needs to be replaced. The system is about 9-10 years old. Initially, the contractor gave me a $2500 estimate to change the outside unit to a new Trane XR14.
